During your bath. Here's everything you need to know to achieve that rejuvenated glow all over.

Exfoliate...
Body exfoliation has many health benefits: It stimulates your blood flow and sloughs off dead skin cells. Every once a week, after your shampooing, give yourself a head-to-toe scrubbing with a loofah or exfoliating body cream. Stroke the loofah (or your hands if you are using exfoliating cream and bare hands) in a gentle, circular motion: This massages the skin and encourages blood circulation as well as exfoliates dull skin surface. Give special attention to rough spots such as the knees and elbows.

Moisturize...
Once you've scrubbed smooth, wash away the suds. With the dead skin cells out of the way, your skin is now primed for absorbing whatever skincare product you're going to apply.

Smooth on moisturizing body lotion or cream while your body is still damp, concentrating on the dry areas. The humectants and emollients in the moisturizer will trap the beads of moisture on your body for an ultra-soft skin. This is also the time when special firming lotions and cellulite creams can best penetrate your skin, so slather these on as well.
