Serving size

This is the recommended portion size, and all other nutrition info on the food label are based on this portion. A lot of times, we consume more than this suggested serving size, which is okay, says Alexa L. Fishback, M.S., R.D., author of The Daily Fix. "It is just important to be aware of how many servings you are actually eating when adding up your calories."
